A session runs long. Traffic swallows the drive between two house calls. You wake up sick. Today, that means a string of apologetic phone calls between appointments — or clients left waiting with no word. Massagite watches your day, works out which visits are about to start late, finds slots that are genuinely open on your calendar, and drafts the ask. You tap approve; your clients pick a new time. You never break from the visit you're in.

Switch on safety check-in and every in-person visit is covered automatically: enter your code on a timer while you're there, and if a check-in is ever missed we contact the person you nominated — with the address you were sent to, where your phone last reported from, and when we last heard from you. They're asked to call you first, because almost every missed check-in is a phone in a bag.
